What is Truth - and How Can You Tell?
Truth is not a feeling.
It is not what everyone believes.
It is not what an expert says.
It is not what you wish were true.
Truth is what holds up under reality—even when no one is looking.
It is what matches the world as it actually is, not as we are told it should be.
We don’t get to know all of it. But we do get to test what’s real.
The Assumptions This Work Is Built On:
- Reality exists, independent of perception.
Even if you or I don’t see it, it’s still there. - Biological systems respond to reality, not just beliefs.
The body doesn’t lie. It reacts. - Truth can be approached through observation, comparison, and consequence.
If you touch fire, it burns. If a drug harms more than it helps, that is measurable (as far as we are able to with current technology).
If a system suppresses warning signs, it endangers truth. - People can be trained to distrust themselves—and that training can be undone.
This site exists to help you re-anchor yourself in what’s real—by using your body, your reasoning, and your environment, not someone else’s approval.
